I know what it feels like to be obsessing over food and never feel good enough. For years I was suffering from the symptoms of Adrenal Fatigue and Hypothyroidism caused by excessive exercising and yo-yo dieting.

I'm Tina Degen, Holistic Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Behavior Change Specialist, Mindfulness Coach and Founder of Optimal Health Seeker.

Apart from the labels, I am on a mission to help women take control of their health, and have a healthy relationship with food and their body.
